Allow yourself time to park and get to your seat by planning to arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance time.
Performances begin promptly at their scheduled times. Latecomers will be seated at the first interval or intermission.
All pagers, cell phones, and other noise-making devices must be silenced before the start of the performance.
Due to copyright laws and in consideration of the performers, the use of cameras, photographic or recording devices of any kind inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.
For the safety and comfort of all of our patrons, backpacks and large items are not allowed into the Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
The Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms, theatre auditorium, lobby, balcony, courtyard or within 30 feet of the building at any time.

Patrons of any age whose behavior is not appropriate will be asked to leave the theatre. No refunds will be given once the curtain has gone up and the show has begun.
Disruptive Patrons
Children 5 years old or older are welcome at most events and, regardless of age must have a ticket. Children over the age of 2 are required to have aticket. Please inquire when purchasing tickets on age appropriateness. thank you for understanding.

The House Manager will hold lost articles until the end of the performance. Otherwise contact our office at 256-549-8475. Lost and Found items are donated to a local charity after two months. Please claim your items soon to avoid losing them forever.

Our Box Office will make every effort to ensure seating preferences are full-filled, but cannot guarantee any specific seat selections.
Will call is available for pickup beginning 1 hour prior to showtime at the Box Office. Tickets will only be released after showing a valid photo ID.
All Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center tickets will incur a facility renewal fee. The facility renewal fee is used for capital replacement and restoration of the venue.

There are NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, or CANCELLATIONS for purchased tickets. Exceptions may be made for cancelled or rescheduled performances.

All ticket purchases are final. Only donors may exchange tickets at face value, subject to availability. Tickets may be returned prior to the event as a tax-deductible contribution.
