The Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center at Gadsden State Community College is a versatile and elegant performance and events space. Located in the heart of Northeast Alabama, the Center is within a thirty minutes drive of over 375,000 patrons. The Center features a 1,215 seat proscenium theatre and a visual arts gallery. The venue has state-of-the-art production systems, a full service box office and updated interior. We host approximately 140 diverse events each year, and serve over 130,000 patrons annually. Our renters and promoters frequently comment that we are a very affordable venue. With labor rates and rental fees well below average rates in larger markets, Gadsden is an excellent stop-over while routing near Birmingham, Chattanooga, Atlanta, or Huntsville. The Black Box Theatre at Gadsden State Community College offers an intimate and versatile performance space located at 119 Naylor Circle on the Wallace Drive Campus. With stadium style raised seating for up to 100 guests. The theatre provides an ideal setting for small productions, recitals, and community events. The venue’s flexible layout and on-site concessions ensure a comfortable and engaging experience for both performers and audiences..
